How do I order?
Our treats can be purchased via our online shop, just click on the Shop tab and select the treat box of your choice!
Each treat box contains 15 individual pieces. Why not build your own treat box? You can choose up to 5 different flavours!
NB: All of our products are baked without wheat flour. We use a combination of gluten-free flours. We do not recommend however that our products are suitable for coeliacs as gluten (wheat) is present in our factory, along with other allergens; eggs, dairy, nuts and soya.
How does my order arrive?
Your order will arrive by DPD (if your chosen delivery date is a Tuesday – Friday). All Saturday deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.
You will receive a text/email from DPD throughout the delivery process so that you can track your order. You will receive communications from DPD once it has been despatched from our bakery.
The treats are presented in a beautiful chocolate-style box, complete with a gift message of your choice, if required. Our larger sharing boxes arrive in a white cake box with sleeve.
How long do my treats keep for?
All of our treats will be at their best for 7-10 days, when stored at room temperature.
Just wrap them up in the parchment paper they arrive in. You can also freeze them for up to three months and they will keep perfectly.
How could I serve my treats?
Our treats also make amazing afternoon teas; just slice them into mini bite-sized pieces and display on your cakestand.
Can I collect my treats from the Tarte & Berry bakery?

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
You can track your order via our courier DPD. You will have received communication from them once your order has been despatched from our bakery.
