We’ve tried to answer as many questions as possible but if you have any other queries please feel free to get in touch.
How do I order?

Our treats can be purchased via our online shop, just click on the Shop tab and select the treat box of your choice!

Each treat box contains 8 individual items. Why not build your own treat box? You can choose up to 4 different flavours of your favourites.

NB: We wouldn’t recommend mixing gluten-free or vegan treats with our standard bakes.

How does my order arrive?

Your order will arrive by Royal Mail and it will need to be signed for. This is so you can track your order if needed. You will receive your tracking number via email once it has been despatched from our bakery.

The treats are beautifully wrapped and enclosed in a brown postal box, complete with a gift message of your choice, if required.

How long do my treats keep for?

All of our treats will be at their best for 7-10 days, when stored at room temperature.

Just wrap them up in the parchment paper they arrive in. You can also freeze them for up to one month.

How could I serve my treats?

Our brownies are delicious served warm with vanilla icecream. The Raspberry & Almond Bakewell and Berry Crumbles are also fabulous warmed and served with custard or cream!

Our treats also make amazing afternoon teas; just slice them into mini bite-sized pieces and display on your cakestand.

Can I collect my treats from the Tarte & Berry bakery?

Yes, you can collect your order from our lovely bakery in Farsley, Leeds. Just select this option at the checkout when ordering.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

You can track your order on the Royal Mail website. Simply in-put your tracking number detailed on your email.
