Danielle’s Pistachio & Rose Meringue Bake


Congratulations to our winner Danielle Hickey, who designed this beautiful Pistachio & Rose Meringue Bake, fit for our Royal visitor Princess Anne, on Friday 15th June!

This beautifully light sponge is filled with raspberries and delicately flavoured with rosewater. It is then topped with crushed meringue pieces, crunchy pistachios and finished with edible rose petals.

Danielle’s winning limited edition bake is available from Monday 11th June until Monday 30th July, so don’t miss out!
