Yorkshire Rhubarb Crumble


A very pretty special edition treat, using the best local, forced rhubarb from our friends at Tomlinsons Farm in Pudsey, Leeds! A light shortbread biscuit base, topped with raspberry jam and a baked rhubarb sponge. Be quick, the rhubarb season doesn’t last for long!
