A very special, limited edition treat using the sweetest local Yorkshire strawberries! A light, gluten-free shortbread biscuit base, topped with raspberry jam and a baked gluten-free sweet strawberry sponge. They are extra special served with ice cream or clotted cream. Be quick, the strawberry season doesn’t last for long!
