How do the treats arrive?

Your order will arrive by our designated courier and it will need to be signed for.

The treats are packaged in white, food grade trays, each tray containing 32 treats.

The minimum order is 3 of these trays, which are then packaged in an outer postal box, for safe transportation to you.Your order will arrive by our designated courier and it will need to be signed for.

What is the shelf life?

All of our treats will be at their best for 7-10 days, when stored at room temperature. They do all however have a safe life, microbiologically, of 21 days.

How do I store the treats?

Our treats are to be stored at room temperature, with the exception of our Vegan Chocolate Brownie, which is best kept refrigerated.

We recommend displaying Tarte & Berry treats on cake stands and boards, along with our branded parchment and display cards, which can be purchased also through our trade shop. They look best stacked high, for a great visual impact on your display.

How do I serve the treats?

Our brownies are delicious served warm with vanilla icecream. The Raspberry & Almond Bakewell and Berry Crumbles are also fabulous warmed and served with custard or cream!

Our treats pair perfectly with amazing artisan coffees and so we would also suggest pairing them up with any special roasts you may offer!

Can the treats be frozen?

Yes, all of our treats freeze really well. You will need to take them out of the freezer 2-3 hours to before they are required and defrost them at room temperature.

Many of our customers do this, taking out however many they may require for service that day.

They can be frozen in the cake trays they arrive in, for up to one month.
